These Terms of Service govern your use of west66goods.com and consumer purchases from Fides Craft Inc, doing business as WEST66 GOODS. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase for resale or business use, the B2B & Wholesale Terms also apply and control in the event of conflict.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in an abusive manner, infringe rights, or use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings and the natural variation of stone, leather, metal finishes, and handcrafted components may cause reasonable differences. Such variation is not necessarily a defect. Care instructions and safety notices supplied with a product should be followed.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices and currency are displayed on the site and may change before an order is accepted. Shipping, duties, and applicable taxes are disclosed during checkout where they can be calculated. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, shipping restriction, unauthorized resale, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Risk of loss and title pass as determined by applicable law and the delivery terms presented at checkout.
Intellectual property
The site and its content—including WEST66 GOODS names, logos, photography, graphics, designs, text, and arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Fides Craft Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for its intended purpose.
Third-party services and links
Some features are supplied by third parties such as payment, delivery, and social platforms. Their separate terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fides Craft Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Fides Craft Inc from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these Terms. This does not apply to ordinary consumer use.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
